Bert Janssen In 1997 David Furlong wrote a book with the title The Keys to the Temple. In this book he demonstrates how many of the churches and ancient sites in northern Wiltshire are precisely positioned on two separate virtual circles in the landscape. Our Ley Circles Map indicate the exact locations of these churches and ancient sites and how to get to them.

Lets start with having a look at the first circle. The circle is not really physically present in the landscape. It is a virtual circle that comes into existence when we connect the different churches as shown in the diagram below on the left. Do realise that these 'modern' churches are build on ancient Pagan sites. Sites that were erected at the same time that Avebury was built. As well as Silbury Hill, the West Kennet and East Kennet Long Barrows, the Stone Avenue, the Sanctuary, and Stonehenge. This means that the virtual circle is at least 4500 years old.

The same goes for the second circle, which is shown in the diagram above on the right. Besides the shown churches, the circles are also going through ancient sites like barrows and tumuli. A truly amazing feature of the circles is the fact that they are of identical size. Each with a radius of a fraction under six miles or 9.570 km.

How can it be that the ancient people that lived 4500 years ago were able to construct these huge circles in the landscape? I have many times asked myself the question, were these circles really not physically present 4500 years ago, or were they there? Can it be that the people of the ancient times could 'feel' the circles, very much like many people nowadays can feel so called leylines. Did the ancient ones just erect their sacred sites on the places that felt good, not realising they were creating two circles of enormous, but identical sizes?

As you can see in the diagram above on the left, the circles do not go through each others centre. The centres are indicated by the red arrows. In other words the red circles do not form a vesica pisces. Though we can create a vesica pisces ourselves using the centres of the initial red circles. The blue circles in the diagram above on the right show the result. The red and blue circles we have constructed so far contain a mind provoking enigma. Using both sets of circles we can construct a triangle with angles of 51.51 degrees. The triangle is identical to the outline of the Great Pyramid at Giza in Egypt. Truly mind boggling. Again, do realise that the circles came into existence thousands of years ago. They are in fact of the same age as the Great Pyramid.

The mystery grows deeper
The two most important and most powerful energy lines of the UK, are the Michael and Mary energy lines. They run from Lands End in Cornwall to Hopton in Norfolk. The two lines meander through the landscape and around each other. In Glastonbury they form some kind of maze around the Tor and in Avebury they virtually become one for a couple of hundreds of yards. Then they separate again whereby the one (the Mary energy line) goes to Silbury Hill, while the other (the Michael energy line) follows the Stone Avenue. At the Sanctuary the two lines cross again. Although they meander and do not form straight lines, their backbone is a straight line. This line is called the St Michael Alignment or Michael line and is shown in the diagram below on the left.

Most fascinating is the fact that this St Michael Alignment or Michael line runs exactly parallel to the heart-line of the two circle sets and because of this also parallel to the base of the virtual Great Pyramid. But not only that. As you have probably already noticed, the slopes of the Pyramid cross the blue circles. It is here that, to my amazement, I noticed that the Michael Alignment line is exactly going through these intersection points. And, furthermore, the Michael alignment line is going through the virtual Kings Chamber, and where this chamber is projected into the landscape another surprise awaits us. Under this virtual Kings Chamber is a place called Temple Farm. This was the first stronghold of the Knight's Templar in Wiltshire, England. What are the odds? I urge you to click on the diagram above on the right for a better understanding. So many stunning coincidences!
So not only are there two virtual circles already for thousands of years sitting in the landscape of Wiltshire, but these circles also enclose - keep capture - a virtual Great Pyramid which, including the Kings Chamber, is held in place by the Michael Alignment line.
It is utterly amazing that even without the magic of crop circles, the English landscape is mesmerizing and saturated with many mysteries buried deep in the halls of time and the fields of Wiltshire.
